Shower activity which would pose a flood risk has decreased in the area of Dominica hence reducing the threat of flooding. However, caution is still advised as soils are saturated and there remains the risk of land slides and falling rock. Some light showers are still possible, but the threat of flooding has been reduced and as a result the flood watch has been discontinued at 6pm, we will continue to monitor and provide updates, but the public is advised to stay updated on weather information as we are in the hurricane season.
