Projected rainfall amounts during the period is for 2 to 4 inches (50 - 100mm) with higher amounts in elevated areas. Flash flooding and landslides are therefore possible. A Flash Flood Watch or Warning may be issued for Dominica as conditions warrant any time from Wednesday.

Marine conditions are expected to deteriorate from overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.  All sea users and people living near the coast are advised to be vigilant.
